The Conduit Connect is a regulated impact investing platform that connects professional investors to best-in-class global impact investment opportunities. Since launching in 2018, we have reviewed over 550 opportunities and accepted 63 companies into our portfolio, which have an impact across all 17 UN SDGs.
The Conduit Connect typically supports businesses raising between £500,000 up to £30 million. However, we constantly meet earlier-stage entrepreneurs that need help scaling their business idea. This is where Conduit Dragons come in.
Now in its sixth iteration, Conduit Dragons is a pitch competition for early-stage, for-profit impact organisations. We invite four companies to compete with a pitch (Pecha Kucha style) in front of our network of investors and mentors. We then give the audience the chance to vote on the most promising and impactful opportunity. The winner gets a fast-track to the Conduit Connect selection committee for a chance to be accepted into the portfolio.

Chip[s] Board is an innovative biomaterial company that aims to find value where others see waste, utilising by-products from food manufacturing. Their first product ‘Parblex’ is a bioplastic that has been piloted by glasses brand Ace & Tate amongst others.
