Koru Kids, a Conduit Connect portfolio company, launches the Paternity LEAGUE

Impact starts on the inside. We love Koru’s campaign advocating for more gender equality in paternal leave.

Koru Kids, a company from the Conduit Connect Impact Portfolio, have re-ordered Glassdoor’s Best Places to Work 2022 UK list, but ranked them purely based on their paternity leave policies. The re-ordering is significant, so begs the questions: Why isn’t paternity leave seen as a major benefit, why don’t companies front and centre it as much as maternity leave, and why doesn’t it factor much into the equation when choosing a workplace?

Take a look at the fully re-ordered list below or on the Koru Kids website. Enter your policy details to see how your company compares.

Koru Kids is yet another shining example of why impact investment is so pertinent in the movement to achieve the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Conduit Connect is proud to support businesses such as this, that are not only championing gender equality but truly embedding inclusion into our society.
